Airoh Twist 3 motocross helmet – safer and better looking than ever before

Twist 3 is the latest version of the highly popular MX helmet from the Italian manufacturer Airoh. Released in 2024 it is now equipped with the new ECE 22-06 safety standard and a has a renewed aggressive look developed in wind tunnels. The outer shell is made from a double HRT (High resistant thermoplastic) and the inner lining has quick release cheek pads with a ASN (Anti sliding net) fabric structure.

The HRT outer shell is now made in a dual layer construction, compared to the single layer on previous models. The outer shell is also fabricated in two different sizes to ensure a safer product in all sizes. The ASN inner lining is designed to reduce the force transferred to the head on impact. This is achieved by a dual layer material where the outer walls of the fabric move relatively to each other, dissipating the energy more effectively.
